Hi thanks for stopping by I could really use some help right now,
I have to be somewhere tomorrow New Hampshire it's very important and that's an hour away from Ike, I only 2010 Sebring convertible. It is very cold and snowing and icy here and my Convertible top will not secure can I still drive it safely

Do you have snow tires? Do you have traction aids? Do you have a folding shovel? Do you have tire chains? Are you practiced at installing tire chains on the road? If you are suitably prepared then you could make the trip safely but as it seems that you're not, perhaps you shouldn't try. Perhaps you could take the greyhound or the train. Mind you, I would have no problems making the trip albeit perhaps at 20 mph due to the tire chains if it's really bad, then again, I don't have a convertible top that won't secure.
