I will be moving in Aug/Sept from Toronto, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta.
Know of any reasonable moving companies?
To rent a U haul I got a quote of $3,000 not including taxes, insurance and anything else from them plus gas etc.

Because of my car (Toyota Yaris) it can’t tow really anything or be towed behind a truck..

Is there anything under $1000 or I am just dreaming??

Thanks!

Moving yourself is going to be your least expensive option.

Professionals are going to cost you a few more bucks; however, they do all the hard work, they are insured, they drive the big truck. All you have to do is say "put that over there" and "be careful with that"

Movers to think about:

BlueBird Relocations

AMJ Campbell

North American Van Lines

Allied Van Lines

or check them all out at once on www.moveit.ca

whomever you choose, make sure they are insured, bonded, etc.
